Bristol Patriots is the main group that is involved in lining the streets of Bristol with mostly British, English, Welsh and even Scottish flags. There are some that support this movement, while some are opposed. They have a social media page that is “dedicated to connect with others who share our views & want to take action.”

There are many more comments supporting the actions of putting up these flags. Not everyone is in agreement however – Lynn, complains that someone took the flags down on one street. There have also been concerns that such flags are creating ‘no-go zones’ for certain minority groups in the UK.
